Questions and answers
Everything you need to know about staying at Campuccino.
Season and arrival
When is Camping Campuccino open?
We welcome guests from April 1 to November 1, with all facilities and services available. Visits outside the regular season are possible by prior arrangement.
When can I check in and when do I have to check out?
Check-in is every day from 14:00 to 20:00 and check-out from 07:00 to 12:00, in line with reception hours. If you need to arrive or leave outside these times, contact us in advance: exceptions can be arranged.
Entry outside reception hours is not possible. From 22:00 to 07:00 it is quiet time and the gate stays closed. Night arrivals can wait in the parking area in front of the entrance. Check-out before 07:00 is not possible; if you plan an early departure, tell us and we will place you for an easy exit.
Can I see the camp before I arrive?
Yes. Our short drone film shows the entrance, the night parking in front of the gate, the pitches and the sanitary building, so you know where to go when you pull in.
Can I get in or out of the camp at night?
Driving through the campsite is not allowed from 22:00 to 07:00, for the safety and peace of all guests. A separate pedestrian entrance is open at all times with a tag you get at reception.
Can I book a specific place?
You choose the zone when booking, and the exact pitch number is assigned on the day of arrival. Booking online gives you the most choice and certainty.
On the pitch
Are there electricity and water connections?
Yes, every pitch has water and electricity: a CEE socket (230 V, 3-pin) and a Schuko socket (CEE 7/3). Up to 6 A is included in the price, 16 A is available at extra cost.
What does the price of the pitch include?
Space for a vehicle and a tent, camper or trailer, a 6 A electricity connection, water, free Wi-Fi and the modern sanitary facilities with hot water. Energy comes from solar panels and solar water heating. 16 A, the washing machine and the dryer cost extra.
Where can I empty the toilet and grey water?
Motorhomes have a grey water drain station with an integrated drain, and a separate place for emptying and flushing the chemical toilet.
Is there free Wi-Fi?
Yes. The whole campsite has free Wi-Fi without a password, for tents, campers and caravans alike. The Wi-Fi 6 network on UniFi gear stays fast even when the camp is full; speed can vary with location and the number of devices.
Can I grill?
Gas and electric grills are allowed on the pitch. Open fire is only allowed in the common grill area, following the safety rules.
Is there a fridge and a place to cook?
A separate kitchenette with shared fridges and basic appliances is open to all guests. It is self-service and included in the price.
